Trevibban Mill Orion Skin Fermented

This unique organic wine is the first of its type produced in the UK; using fresh yeast, ripe Orion grapes are fermented on the skins, similar to red wine, to extract aromatic flavours and subtle tannins giving structure and body. Dry with spicy notes, dried apricot and orange peel. Skin fermented and no added sulphites.
