We appreciate that faults often occur in the world of wine. If you do come across one, please bring back the faulty bottle with your receipt and we will look into it for you.

It's always preferable to keep bottles with cork closures stored on their side at a constant cooler temperature and out of direct sunlight. This will help keep your wine at its best for as long as possible and avoid certain faults developing.
