Four generations of the Clüver’s pioneering spirit in agriculture and conservation has led to today’s status of Paul Clüver Family Wines as a leading producer of world-class noble varietal wines specialising in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay while also begin a showcase of Cape wineland conservation.<br> <br> A lightly oaked Chardonnay, bursting with citrus and fresh Granny Smith apple notes, followed by nuances of white peach and complemented with subtle hints of oak. These characteristics follow through onto the palate which reveals natural, fresh and fine acidity, with a lingering finish.
