Growing in the slightly more temperate climate of Chile, the tropical fruit flavours shine through excellently with this wine. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromatics of the grapes, the nose offers floral aromas of jasmine and rose petals, lychee, herbs and notes of honey. Further floral notes on the palate are complemented by apple, apricot and mandarin orange, followed by a persistent sweet and fruity finish.
Ideal with aperitif or served with mild cheeses, ham or dried fruit and nuts. This also pairs excellently with sushi or fresh fruit desserts.
