Cornish copper Ale, originally brewed as a seasonal autumn brew with specialty malt to achieve its distinctive copper colour. It has since become our most popular ale and features a smooth nutty finish and a subtle spiced fruit aroma.<br> <br> **This beer contains barley and wheat, but has had the gluten removed to <20ppm, and so is now labelled as Gluten Free.<br> <br> Brewing started in 2013. Padstow Brewing’s beers are genuinely hand crafted - tested for quality at every stage of the brewing process - and packaged with real love and care. Each recipe is unique and driven by the team’s desire to create a fantastic product, not to reduce costs or find cheaper ingredients. The company uses malt from Warminster Maltings - which is the oldest floor malting house in the country.<br>
