Fermentation occurs in lightly toasted French oak barrels followed by a further 3 months ageing in barrel with regular lees stirring.
Aromas of aromatic herbs, white fruits and light toast from the barrel. The palate is very fresh with a silky smooth texture. Drink with grilled fish, shell fish or rice dishes to name a few.
