Klein Constantia Blanc de Blanc Cap Classique Brut
£22.95
Intense nose with vibrant stone fruit, citrus blossom, brioche, and lime zest aromas. The palate features precise bubbles, a delicate mousse, and rich buttery flavours, finishing with a crisp, long, and zesty note. The grapes are sourced from a single block on the lower slopes of Klein Constantia, with three different batches harvested early to ensure complexity and freshness. After fermentation and 7 months of aging in stainless steel, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation and is aged for an additional 38 months.
Ideal as an aperitif and with grilled fish, chicken, and turkey.
