Kaiyo Whisky Japanese Mizunara Oak

A whisky matured in world renowned Mizunara oak. This particular species of oak is particularly difficult for coopers to work with and therefor the barrels must be hand crafted. They are then aged in the ocean before being filled with whisky and imparting their flavour. <br> <br> This nose shows fresh coastal air with spice and dry herbs. Orange, green apple and coffee follow with and exotic spice finish.
