Intense and elegant aromas are reminiscent of white fruits, green apples, citrus fruits, with well-integrated notes of vanilla and toasted bread, the result of its ageing in oak. On the palate it is fresh, with notes of ripe white fruits and citrus fruits, balanced by good acidity, which gives it a persistent finish. It has a good structure and smoothness.

Ideal with white meats, grilled sweetbreads, bruschetta, light pasta, cheese boards, mushroom risotto with cream, green leaf salads and dried or caramelised fruits.
