Feudi di San Gregorio was born in 1986 in Irpinia, in the central Campania region, mountainous, rainy, and often snow covered in winter. A different South from the traditional stereotypes with a great winemaking heritage and soils rich in minerals.
Here, Feudi di San Gregorio has founded its narrative on the promotion of extraordinary and still little known indigenous grape varieties Greco, Fiano, Falanghina, Aglianico and monumental vines over two hundred years old. It has done so with a strongly contemporary, inquisitive spirit, open to fusion with the worlds of creativity, such as design and art. Today, investing in environmental, cultural, social and economic regeneration is the only possible way to pursue Feudi’s business mission, the team actions to minimise the consumption of resources include the full use of renewable sources, the recovery and recycling of rainwater, reducing the environmental impact of their packaging, and their aim to become climate neutral. Campanian viticulture is the combination of many “short stories”, stories of populations who have preserved the most ancient traditions, piecing together a mosaic of communities, valleys, hills, memories, and cultures that history has consolidated over time. For Feudi di San Gregorio, wine is not a mere product but is testament to life on a territory.
