Domaine du Haut Fresne Coteaux d'Ancenis

£11.95

Intense nose of strawberry and raspberry fruits accented with a slight melon and floral hint. Fresh yet supple on the palate, well-balanced with acidity and smooth tannins.

Ideal with chicken tagine with apricots and olives, planked salmon with a soy glaze, or simple soft cheeses.

Located between Angers and Nantes, the Haut Fresne estate, founded in 1959, extends over 60 hectares of vines. Today, Jean-Luc, Pascal and Jérôme Renou strive to perpetuate the objectives of its founder Michel Renou through careful and rigorous work. These efforts are reflected in the quality of their regularly award-winning wines. Their care in the vineyard aims to obtain quality grapes, which will be the basis of our different vintages. Since 2020, Domaine de Haut Fresne has been HVE level III certified.
