Dark and spicy plum and berry on the nose and palate. Punchy tannins are balanced by a rich texture. Pair with red meats and mature cheeses.<br> <br> Certified organic with an aim towards biodynamic in the future, this Tannat is made with low intervention, using wild ferments and without the addition of sulphur. Aged for 18 months in 50% new French oak barrels.
