DeMorgenzon Reserve Chenin Blanc

DeMorgenzon winery is situated in the upper reaches of the Stellenboschkloof in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Terraced hillside vineyards and exquisite gardens are complemented by beautiful vistas of rugged mountains and sweeping views of both the Indian and Atlantic Oceans. At DeMorgenzon, Baroque music is continuously played, which is believed to have a beneficial effect on the wine. <br> <br> Hillside vineyards benefitting from cooler morning sun, yield perfectly ripened grapes, that express a ripe array of yellow fruits which are perfectly balanced in fine acidity. Whole bunch pressing with with fermentation and maturation in selected oak barrels has resulted in a complex and very flavourful wine.
