The Sercial grape used to make this wine was originally bought from the Rhine and was introduced to the Island in the 16th century.
Darkened in colour, an inviting spirity nose with hints of citrus. The palate is complex with fresh crisp fruit, a touch of wood and a long finish. Excellent as an ingredient to cocktails:

30% Dry Madeira
30% Apricot liqueur
40% Orange juice
A few drops of Grenadine and top up with soda or lemonade, perfect summer drinking!
