50 year old vines produce these concentrated and elegant Grenache and Syrah grapes of superb quality. They are fermented with wild natural yeasts with minimum intervention and no oak used to preserve the fruit purity in the wine. Flavours of fresh black currants and pepper when young turn to leather notes with cinnamon after bottle age.
