An excellent value Gran Reserva boasting the merits of long ageing in barrel followed by a similarly lengthy time ageing in bottle. Coffee, Christmas spice and vanilla with fruit compote on the palate leaves a darkly spiced finish that begs for a slow roast to accompany it.
