Small Batch Irish Whiskey


Hand selected casks of both grain and malt whiskey are aged separately for 12 months in ex-bourbon barrels to add vanilla and oak notes. The casks are then blended in a 3:1 ratio grain to malt and rested for a further 6 months in ex-rum casks allowing the flavours of the two to marry and to gain some subtle dried fruit flavour. The natural grain sweetness blends with roasted coffee/toffee character from the malted barley.
