'Fazzoletto' Barbera Passito

The Fazzoletto Rosso is the Italian symbol of freedom and rebellion, worn by resistance fighters during the second world war. 20% of the fruit is left on the vine to ripen and sun dry, concentrating fruit sugars and, blended with the fresh grapes before fermentation, creates a rich, ripe and juicy flavours of cherries and plums.
