Don Papa Rum

Distilled in small batches from sugar cane grown on the island of Negros and aged in american oak for seven years. It is light and fruity with a rich textured finish of vanilla, honey and candied fruit. The name Don Papa comes from the man Don Papa Isio, one of the unsung heroes of the Philippine revolution.
