Barbadillo Blend of Amontillado Medium Dry Sherry

Aged in cask in the traditional Solera system within the ancient cathedral style cellars of Barbadillo, this wine is a blend of dry and sweet sherries. A characteristic amber colour with rich nutty aromas, slightly sweet, and a full body. Pairs well with mushroom risotto, soups or stews and cheeses.
